This package is our most basic package but a very popular one

It’s like a mini-me coordination package that specifically focusses on all styling aspects of the day i.e. we assist you to put together the entire look and feel of the day

We cut deals with suppliers, piggy-back off deliveries in order to save on logistical costs and we know where to go to source specific items you are keen to enlist for the day

Also, being florists, we take care of all your floral needs meaning that you not only get the benefit of a coordinator putting together the whole portfolio but also the service of a florist, without the additional labour fees had that been done separately.

Now on the very least its ever taken to put together a portfolio, we have dealt with 8 suppliers, and the most was 24.  You can imagine the admin nightmare to deal with 8 to 24 different quotes, Terms and conditions and contracts, deposit payment times and references etc  We eliminate that burden but setting up on account that is itemised.  If your happy with the budget presented you pay 50% deposit to us and we do all the deposit payments, the contracts and amendments on your behalf – i.e. we coordinate this project from the beginning to give you the day you had envisioned.

We then supervise all work done, do all the florals and get everything in place ready to be photographed by the time the photographer/videographer arrives on site.

The next day we do all the breakdowns – bubble wrapping, packing away, counting, etc etc so you can continue to celebrate with friends and family without needing to take care of this.

We handle all closures with all décor suppliers and present this to you where, and if, relevant.
